Quick delivery as well . What’s not to like?

After placing the order, it was cancelled, apparently because there was not enough money in the account when in actual fact there was. They then sent an invoice asking for payment, after contacting them with no response, we still haven't received the goods and the money has gone out of the account.

Ordered items online, payment was deducted from my account immediately, got an update that order is shipped, together with a tracking number the next day. However items never arrived or received, despite contacting the company several times, no response. Shambolic customer service. Feels like a scam/fraud.

Very pleased with my Weber BBQ cover . Although this item is available on other websites , having read the reviews about Riverside, I was confident that I would receive good after-sales services if needed .
I would definitely use them again .Also pleased to see that gas can be delivered as some places have stopped providing this .

Bought a Traeger Ironwood 885. Everything and described and quick delivery. Very good after-sell support as I had to update my order after purchase and they did it swiftly not affecting my delivery time, which by the way was one working day.

Riverside really are superb, don't hesitate to order from them. I had a couple of minor issues (cracked grill) with a BBQ that wasn't their fault. They were so helpful, prompt and friendly and quickly rectified the issue.
From start to finish they are a quality operation and I wouldn't use anyone else.

The BBQ I ordered was sent out on the Sunday afternoon and I received it the next day. Such an amazing service. I emailed customer service team with a query and Ellie replied immediately- fancy that! Amazing service at a good price, I will recommend to all my friends and family. You can certainly buy with confidence.

I ordered a Weber BBQ from Riverside as all the big online retailers and my local department store had sold out of the model I wanted. Riverside had the Weber BBQ slightly cheaper than the other retailers and also offered free next day delivery which made it even cheaper. The BBQ arrived next day well packaged. Thanks.

Great service - our order was followed up, the next working day, by a phone call and emails to confirm delivery arrangements. The delivery driver insisted on man-handling a very heavy BBQ up the steps to our front door unaided (despite my offers of assistance). A fault-less experience from a firm I am happy to recommend.

Have just purchased a Weber Spirit II BBQ from Riverside, via their website, the modern way! All delivered very quickly & efficiently, with no problems.
The Weber was very well packed & was as expected, with nothing was missing from the box! Would definitely recommend Riverside & Weber. Here's looking forward to a good Spring & Summer for the next 20 years! :)

I saw online that The Riverside Garden centre is raising money for Cancer Research UK and gives my family the chance to win a BBQ we could never afford.
I hope lots of people buy a raffle ticket there are some wonderful prizes and Cancer Research Uk really do need your help. My Mum was diagnosed last year with cancer and I’ve had a cancer scare this year. It’s so scary because there is no control for the individual and their family.

I purchased my BBQ as a first time buyer from Riverside. The process was easy to follow, the price was keen and I'll have no hesitation in using them again. I noticed that the box had been opened, but that's obviously to attach the regulator included in the price, the packaging was in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase.

I went on the net and found this Garden Centre
Extremely helpful staff friendly and polite when talking on the phone.
They had what I was looking for, I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday.
Excellent service, would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Great selection and very fast delivery. Ordered Friday evening and was delivered the next morning! Fantastic selection of Weber products at a fair price. Nice delivery man too. Only slight issue was their website not being able to see more than ten things in the basket at a time, so was fiddly to check I had everything I wanted, but overall wasn't much of an issue
